YOUR WEDDING DAY
Your big day should be as unique as your love is. We are behind the scenes assuring that your day is well organized and everything is in place. Everything is handled properly and in a timely way, so you can relax and have fun knowing we’ve got it under control.
We’ve Got Your SIX! Package includes the following services.
PRIOR TO THE WEDDING:
- 1-2 in person meetings – one of which will be the venue walk through.
- Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract. Any conference calls need to be pre-scheduled ~ We’ve got your Back!
- Complete day-of execution for up to 12hrs. (Typical departure after dessert is served)
- Venue walk-through to go over details of the wedding day.
Distribute bouquets & pins corsages to bridal party, attendants & family members.
DURING THE EVENT:
- Welcome guests as they arrive at venue to ensure placement of seating.
- Cue Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents and honored guests during ceremony.
- Assist with bridal party and family for photographs ~ things can go array quickly, we’ll be present to guide every shot of the way
- Direct ushers and helpers with seating and program distribution.
RECEPTION:
- Retrieve wedding gifts / cards ~ we will monitor the gift table and personally hand all items to you at the end of the night.
- Arrange for ALL your personal items are packed up and given to a designated family member, room, and/or vehicle.
- To top it Off, FULL access to our Wedding Day “Emergency Kit” ~ You Never know until you forget!
