In July of 2019, I took my mother on a wine & cheese tour of Emilia-Romagna, the middle region of Italy to experience the locally-owned and produced vineyards. Set among the iconic region lays a beautiful Bed & breakfast vineyard operated by the Zuffa family.
Upon touring the property with the owner, Augusto Zuffa and learning about the organic process of producing the grape, Augusto’s passion for the creating the perfect bottle of wine was enthralling, I immediately fell in love. The smooth finish of each wine craved me wanting to try them all; from the bold Le'August Sangiovese red to the refreshing crisp of the Historia Dry Rose, without a doubt you’ll find a favorite.
